About the event
Welcome to the inaugural Go Explore! event. Join Kristen Memoli and Scott Schneider (Toxic Nature Studios’ Mastermind, Photographer, 3D Artist, and Chief Litter Picker) at West Neck Beach this coming Earth Day. Participants will enjoy a beach photography walk and clean-up while taking in the beauty of one of Huntington's most interesting beaches. Following the walk, participants will meet up at Kristen Memoli's creative space in Huntington Village where they will make their own 3D assemblage art using the objects recovered from the beach clean-up. (Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children ages 16 and 17 must have a completed parent consent form.)
